Brandon Marsh Sweepstakes: Official Rules
OFFICIAL RULES
Youth Baseball Camp Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
These Official Rules govern the Youth Baseball Camp Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”). The sponsor and administrator of this Promotion is Sun East Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), 4500 Pennell Road, Aston, PA 19014.
Entries are collected via Sponsor’s website hosted/processed using HubSpot.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on July 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and service providers involved in the administration of the Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible to enter or win.
Entrants do not need to meet Sponsor’s field-of-membership eligibility requirements or be a current Sun East Federal Credit Union member to enter.
4. Prize Pools and Opt-Out
There are three (3) prize categories, each of which is a separate drawing pool:
- Grand Prize Drawing
- Second Prize Drawing
- Third Prize Drawing
Each eligible entrant must select the prize pool or prize pools in which they would like to be included. Entrants may enter all three prize pools. If an entrant does not opt in to a given prize category, the entrant is not eligible to win a prize in that category. Sponsor’s database records are the official record of an entrant’s prize pool selections. Prize pool selections are final upon submission and may not be changed, modified, or supplemented after entry, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for an Entrant’s failure to select a prize pool or for incorrect, incomplete, or unintended prize pool selections.
5. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Promotion. An eligible Entrant may receive up to three (3) total entries during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.
A. Standard Entry
During the Promotion Period, visit https://suneast.org/baseball and complete and submit the online entry form with all required information. Completion of the entry form constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion.
This is the primary entry method for the Promotion.
At the time of entry, Entrants will have the option to select one or more prize categories as described in Section 4. Entrants may select the Grand Prize Drawing, Second Prize Drawing, Third Prize Drawing, or any combination of the three.
Required fields for Standard Entry: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Date of Birth, plus the required checkbox confirming:
“I confirm I am a legal resident of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, or Maryland, am at least 18 years old, and agree to the Official Rules. Where permitted by law, I agree that Sponsor may use my first name, last initial, city and state, and, if I am selected as a winner, my photograph, likeness, and/or statements for winner announcements and Promotion-related advertising and publicity, without further compensation.”
Limit: One (1) Standard Entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate Standard Entries will be discarded.
B. Bonus Entries After Standard Entry
After submitting a valid Standard Entry, an eligible Entrant who is not already a Sun East Federal Credit Union member may earn two (2) additional bonus entries by becoming a New Member during the Promotion Period, as described in Section 6. Standard Entry plus two (2) bonus entries equals the maximum of three (3) total entries.
C. Alternate Method of Entry, or AMOE
No purchase, membership, account opening, or other transaction is required to receive the maximum number of entries.
During the Promotion Period, eligible Entrants may receive up to three (3) total entries without becoming a Sun East Federal Credit Union member by completing and submitting the online Alternate Method of Entry, or AMOE, form located at https://suneast.org/baseball-amoe.
The AMOE form allows eligible Entrants to request one (1), two (2), or three (3) total entries. Entrants using the AMOE form will also have the option to select one or more prize categories as described in Section 4.
Required fields for AMOE: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Date of Birth, plus the required checkbox confirming:
“I confirm I am a legal resident of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, or Maryland, am at least 18 years old, and agree to the Official Rules. Where permitted by law, I agree that Sponsor may use my first name, last initial, city and state, and, if I am selected as a winner, my photograph, likeness, and/or statements for winner announcements and Promotion-related advertising and publicity, without further compensation.”
Limit: One (1) AMOE submission per person during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will discard subsequent AMOE submissions.
An Entrant may submit both a Standard Entry and an AMOE submission. However, no Entrant may receive more than three (3) total entries during the Promotion Period. If an Entrant submits both a Standard Entry and an AMOE submission, Sponsor will count no more than three (3) total entries for that Entrant.
AMOE requests must include the same information required for Standard Entry and must match the Entrant’s identity information to be valid. If you have difficulty accessing the AMOE form, contact marketing@suneast.org for assistance.
Entries submitted by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. This applies to entries submitted by Standard Entry, Bonus Entry, and AMOE. Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant Sponsor determines is attempting to circumvent entry limits or manipulate the Promotion.
6. Bonus Entries (Up to 2 Bonus Entries)
Eligible Entrants may earn two (2) bonus entries by becoming a New Member of Sun East Federal Credit Union during the Promotion Period.
Bonus entries are optional. An Entrant does not need to become a Sun East Federal Credit Union member to receive the maximum number of entries. Entrants who do not wish to become members may use the AMOE method described in Section 5 to receive up to three (3) total entries.
Definition:
“New Member” means an individual whose membership with Sponsor is approved and funded on or after July 14, 2026, and during the Promotion Period.
To earn bonus entries, all of the following must occur:
- The Entrant must first submit a valid Standard Entry during the Promotion Period.
- The Entrant must become a New Member during the Promotion Period.
- The membership must be approved and funded after the Entrant’s Entry Submission Time.
“Entry Submission Time” means the date and time Sponsor receives the Entrant’s first valid entry, whether submitted through the Standard Entry method or the AMOE method.
Actions completed before the Entry Submission Time will not qualify for bonus entries. Sponsor will determine completion times based on its systems of record and timestamps.
Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a bonus-entry qualifying action has been completed and properly recorded in Sponsor’s systems.
Bonus entries are subject to the overall limit of three (3) total entries per person during the Promotion Period.
7. Entry Limits and Verification
Limit three (3) total entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry (Standard Entry, Bonus Entries, and/or AMOE). Sponsor may disqualify entries if Sponsor determines they are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, forged, corrupted, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor will determine a “person” or “unique individual” using the information submitted and other information available to Sponsor, including, but not limited to, first name, last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, street address, IP address, device information, membership records, and other identifying information. Sponsor may disqualify or consolidate entries that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, appear to be submitted by or for the same person, or that appear to be submitted for the purpose of circumventing the entry limits. Sponsor will discard duplicate entries. Sponsor’s determinations are final
8. Winner Selection, Weekly Drawings, and Grand Prize Drawings
A. Grand Prize Drawing
Sponsor will conduct a random drawing for the three grand prize winners on August 11, 2026 from eligible entries in the Grand Prize pool. Once confirmed as a winner of a prize category, an entrant will not be eligible to win any other prize category.
B. Second Prize Drawing
After the Grand Prize winners are confirmed, Sponsor will conduct a separate random drawing for three Second Prize winners from the remaining eligible entries in the Second Prize pool, excluding the confirmed Grand Prize winners. Once confirmed as a winner of a prize category, an entrant will not be eligible to win any other prize category.
C. Third Prize Drawing
After the Grand Prize and Second Prize winners are confirmed, Sponsor will conduct a separate random drawing for the three Third Prize winners from the remaining eligible entries in the Third Prize pool, excluding the confirmed Grand Prize and Second Prize winners.
D. Definition of Confirmed Winner
For purposes of the Promotion, a “Confirmed Winner” means a potential winner who timely responds and accepts the prize within the stated response window and successfully completes Sponsor’s verification requirements, including in-person identity verification and any required documents.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize pool.
9. Winner Notification and Response
Sponsor will notify potential winner(s) by email using the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond, Sponsor may attempt to contact the potential winner by telephone after approximately twenty-four (24) hours from the initial email notification.
Potential winner(s) must respond within forty-eight (48) hours from the time Sponsor sends the initial email notification, regardless of whether the notification is opened, read, filtered, delayed, or otherwise seen by the potential winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate potential winner by random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are not received due to spam filters, email forwarding, security settings, or other technical issues. Sponsor will repeat this process until Sponsor confirms a responsive, eligible winner or until Sponsor determines the Promotion should be concluded.
10. Prize(s)
A. Grand Prize

D. Prize Payment and Delivery Timing

Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to substitute a prize, or any portion of a prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, substitution, or modification of the camp or any third-party event, experience, gift card, code, or eGift Card.

Winner(s) must appear in person at a Sponsor branch location to complete prize claim and identity verification, including presentation of required identification, within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Sponsor expects winner(s) to complete in-person verification within approximately four (4) business days of the date Sponsor provides verification instructions.
If winner cannot reasonably appear in person, Sponsor may provide an alternative claim method in its sole discretion.
12. Verification and Required Documents
Winner(s) will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification (state ID, driver’s license, passport) and, if necessary, additional documentation to verify current address. Proof of address can be satisfied by the ID if it shows current address, or a secondary document if needed.

13. Taxes
Winner(s) are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of any prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner, where required by law, and may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding the prize.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, and, if selected as a winner, photograph, likeness, and/or statements for winner announcements and Promotion-related advertising and publicity, without further compensation.
15. Non-Affiliation Disclaimers
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FlexWork, Brandon Marsh, Major League Baseball, any members of the Philadelphia Phillies, the Philadelphia Phillies organization, Dick’s Sporting Goods, YETI, or any of their respective affiliates.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including unauthorized human intervention, technical errors, printing errors, corrupted entries, server outages, incomplete submissions, lost or late entries, and errors in the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for internet service provider issues, network outages, or any technical issues that may prevent entry submissions or prize communications.
17. Privacy
Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and policy. By entering, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their information for purposes of administering the Promotion and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
18. General Conditions

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
19. Governing Law and Venue
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Venue for any dispute shall be in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
