Our Loan Pay feature is a fast, convenient, FREE payment tool in Online Banking.

Make a Loan Payment Anytime, Anywhere

Loan Pay allows Online Banking users to pay a Sun East loan from an internal Sun East account or any external checking, savings, or money market account at any institution 24/7 using online banking. Once you log in to Online Banking, you’ll see the “My Loan Payment Guide” with a Pay Now feature next to each loan; simply select that Pay Now feature and follow the step-by-step instructions. It takes about 5 minutes, and once you complete the initial setup, you never have to set that payment account up again; you can even set up recurring payments with the Repeat feature.

Skip-A-Pay

You may be eligible to take advantage of Sun East’s Skip-A-Pay feature in Online Banking and the Mobile App. This allows you to skip a payment for a small fee and delay that payment to a later date.

Members can transfer money to contacts (Person-to-Person, P2P) and other financial institutions (Account-to-Account, A2A). A Primary Savings Account is the minimum required to use the service.
