Part of the Credit Union Difference is the caring about the communities in which our members live, work and play. Sun East employees support our charitable partners and volunteer at activities throughout the year.

Sun East employees worked with CRC Watersheds to help beautify and protect the environment of our local West Goshen, PA community.

Every year several Sun East employees participate in area high school Financial Reality Fairs…helping young adults understand the realities of being independent.

Sun East employees help Variety, The Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley, celebrate the holidays by decorating one of the cabins on their campus.

It’s never too early to introduce young adults to financial education. Our Business Development Manager, Emily Teofilak, participates in many educational fairs around the area to introduce students to Sun East.

Every Year, Sun East joins other area credit unions to collect donations of non-perishable food items to help reduce food insecurity in the Philadelphia area.

Teachers Teammates is a great organization to help teachers supplement supplies for their classrooms. Sun East participates in a “fill a backpack” drive to support this cause.

Toys 4 Tots is an organization near and dear to Sun East. Every year we encourage members to donate toys for children and our employees also volunteer at the staging warehouse.

Sun East Foundation

The Sun East Foundation is the charitable arm of Sun East Federal Credit Union. Chartered in 2011, the purpose is to provide contributions to charitable organizations that serve the Greater Brandywine Valley area. The Foundation provides funds to registered 501(c)3 organizations with the primary focus on education, health and human services, and natural, cultural, and historic preservation.
