The Best Teacher Under the Sun Award acknowledges outstanding achievements of teachers in their performance of daily classroom activities, special projects or programs, or exemplary efforts to inspire students to reach beyond their grasp.The award application is open for all educators who teach in schools that are part of the credit union’s Select Employer Group program. Teachers can be nominated by school administrators, faculty, parents and students. The awards committee selects one winning teacher from each category of Elementary, Middle, and High School levels.
