Restrictions

  • Only eligible for single family residence or one‐unit condo as primary residence.
  • No investment properties or second homes. No manufactured homes or duplexes.
  • When all buyers are first time homebuyers, at least one occupying homeowner must complete homeowner education through HUD approved agency.
  • Grants not permitted. 100% of gift funds from family are eligible for down payment or reserves.
  • Escrow required for property taxes and homeowners insurance.
  • Must be US citizen or permanent resident alien. Must qualify for membership.
  • Requires full FNMA 1004 appraisal.
