Deleting your Online and Mobile Banking Access

Use this form to request the deletion of your Mobile and Online Banking account access.

Sun East Federal Credit Union Values your privacy. If you wish to delete your online banking account (the account you use to log in to use our online banking platform and our mobile app) please complete the form below.

Sun East will review your request and a Sun East team member may contact you for further verification.

If you delete your online account by submitting this form:

  • You will no longer be able to log into and use online banking or the Sun East mobile app.
  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted to receiving electronic statements and other documents or disclosures (“documentation”), your preferences will be changed to receiving paper documentation.
  • Any activity that you have previously set up in online banking and on our mobile app will be disabled or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Payer, external account transfers to other people or accounts, transfers between your accounts and any scheduled or recurring transfers. Any history for these services will also be deleted. When we contact you to verify deletion of your online profile, we will review the services or features that may be impacted.

Your Sun East accounts and loans will remain open and will not be affected. This form is used only for deleting your online banking account.
