Swing for the Green Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
These Official Rules govern the Swing for the Green Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”). The sponsor and administrator of this Promotion is Sun East Federal Credit Union (“Sponsor”), 4500 Pennell Road, Aston, PA 19014.
Entries are collected via Sponsor’s website hosted/processed using HubSpot.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on February 23, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and service providers involved in the administration of the Promotion, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible to enter or win.
Entrants do not need to meet Sponsor’s field-of-membership eligibility requirements to enter.
4. Prize Pools and Opt-Out
There are three (3) prize categories, each of which is a separate drawing pool:
- $3,000 Prize Drawing
- PGA Championship Tickets Drawing (pair of tickets)
- Weekly Prize Drawings (eight weekly drawings)
Each eligible entrant must affirmatively select the prize categories they wish to be entered into at the time of entry. An entrant will only be entered into the prize pools for the categories they opt in to. If an entrant does not opt in to a prize category, the entrant will not be eligible to win any prize in that category.
Sponsor’s database records are the official record of an entrant’s prize pool selections.
5. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. Limit five (5) total entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.
A. Standard Entry (1 Entry)
During the Promotion Period, visit https://suneast.org/swing and complete and submit the online entry form with all required information. Completion of the entry form constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion. Entrants will have the option at the time of entry to opt out of one or more prize categories as described in Section 4.
Required fields for Standard Entry: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Date of Birth, plus the required checkbox confirming:
“I confirm I am a legal resident of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, or Maryland, am at least 18 years old, and agree to the Official Rules. Where permitted by law, I agree that Sponsor may use my first name, last initial, city and state, and, if I am selected as a winner, my photograph, likeness, and/or statements for winner announcements and Promotion-related advertising and publicity, without further compensation.”
Limit: One (1) Standard Entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries will be discarded.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) (Up to 5 Entries)
During the Promotion Period, eligible Entrants may also enter via the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) without completing any bonus-entry qualifying actions. Eligible Entrants may enter by completing and submitting the online AMOE entry request form located at https://suneast.org/swing-amoe. The AMOE form will allow Entrants to request one (1) to five (5) total entries. Entrants will have the option at the time of entry to opt out of one or more prize categories as described in Section 4.
Required fields for AMOE: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Date of Birth, plus the required checkbox confirming:
“I confirm I am a legal resident of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, or Maryland, am at least 18 years old, and agree to the Official Rules. Where permitted by law, I agree that Sponsor may use my first name, last initial, city and state, and, if I am selected as a winner, my photograph, likeness, and/or statements for winner announcements and Promotion-related advertising and publicity, without further compensation.”
AMOE requests must include the same information required for Standard Entry and must match the Entrant’s identity information to be valid. Limit: One (1) AMOE submission per person during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will discard subsequent AMOE submissions.

Entries submitted by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. This applies to entries submitted via the Standard Entry method and the AMOE method. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant Sponsor determines is attempting to circumvent entry limits or manipulate the Promotion.
6. Bonus Entries (Up to 4 Bonus Entries; One Per Qualifying Action)
Eligible Entrants may earn up to four (4) bonus entries (one per qualifying action) as described below. Bonus entries are available to both New Members and Existing Members, except that only New Members may earn the “Membership Approved” bonus entry described in item (1) below.
Definitions:
• “New Member” means an individual whose membership with Sponsor is approved on or after February 23, 2026.
• “Existing Member” means an individual whose membership with Sponsor was approved before February 23, 2026.
• “Consumer checking account” means a personal (non-business) checking account offered by Sponsor.
All bonus-entry qualifying actions must occur during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying action earns one (1) bonus entry:
- Membership Approved (New Members Only): Entrant’s membership with Sponsor is approved during the Promotion Period (New Member).
- Open Consumer Checking: Entrant opens a new consumer checking account with Sponsor during the Promotion Period, the account is open and in good standing, and the Entrant has not had an open consumer checking account with Sponsor during the 180 days immediately preceding the date the new consumer checking account is opened.
- Online Banking Enrollment: Entrant completes online banking enrollment after Entry Submission Time and Sponsor’s system reflects the Entrant as a registered user.
- Debit Card Issued: After Entry Submission Time and during the Promotion Period, Sponsor issues a debit card to the Entrant for a consumer checking account in good standing (whether newly opened during the Promotion Period or existing).
Sponsor will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a bonus-entry action has been completed and properly recorded in Sponsor’s systems.
Bonus Entry Timing Requirement
To earn bonus entries, an entrant must first submit a valid entry. Bonus-entry qualifying actions will be counted only if they are completed after the entrant’s Entry Submission Time and during the Promotion Period. “Entry Submission Time” is the date and time Sponsor receives the entrant’s first valid entry, whether submitted via the Standard Entry method or the AMOE method. If an entrant submits both a Standard Entry and an AMOE entry, Entry Submission Time will be based on the earliest timestamp of the two submissions. Actions completed before the Entry Submission Time will not qualify for bonus entries. Sponsor will determine completion times based on its systems of record and timestamps.
7. Entry Limits and Verification
Limit five (5) total entries per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry (Standard Entry, Bonus Entries, and/or AMOE). Sponsor may disqualify entries if Sponsor determines they are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, forged, corrupted, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor will determine a “person” or “unique individual” using the information submitted, including first name, last name, email address, date of birth, and street address. Sponsor will discard duplicate entries. Sponsor’s determinations are final.
8. Winner Selection, Weekly Drawings, and Grand Prize Drawings
A. Weekly Prize Drawings
There will be eight (8) weekly prize drawings during the Promotion Period. For each weekly drawing, Sponsor will include entries received by the weekly cutoff time. Entries carry over week-to-week.
Weekly Drawing Cutoff: 11:59 PM ET on the applicable Sunday
Weekly Drawing Date: the following Monday

Weekly Prize Winner Limitation: An entrant may win only one (1) weekly prize during the Promotion Period. A weekly prize winner remains eligible for the grand prize drawings described below. If Sponsor randomly selects a prior weekly prize winner again in a subsequent weekly drawing, Sponsor will disqualify that entrant for that weekly prize and will select an alternate potential weekly winner by random drawing.
B. $3,000 Prize Drawing
Sponsor will conduct a random drawing for the $3,000 prize on April 24, 2026 from eligible entries in the $3,000 prize pool.
C. PGA Championship Tickets Drawing
After the $3,000 winner is confirmed, Sponsor will conduct a separate random drawing for the tickets prize within a reasonable time from the remaining eligible entries in the tickets prize pool, excluding the confirmed $3,000 winner.
D. Definition of Confirmed Winner for Grand Prizes
For purposes of the grand prize drawings, a “Confirmed Winner” means a potential winner who timely responds and accepts the prize within the stated response window and successfully completes Sponsor’s verification requirements, including in-person identity verification and any required documents.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize pool.
9. Winner Notification and Response
Sponsor will notify potential winner(s) by email using the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond, Sponsor may attempt to contact the potential winner by telephone after approximately twenty-four (24) hours from the initial email notification.
Potential winner(s) must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial email notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate potential winner by random drawing. Sponsor will repeat this process until Sponsor confirms a responsive, eligible winner or until Sponsor determines the Promotion should be concluded.
10. Prize(s)
A. $3,000 Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $3,000 prize (ARV: $3,000). Cash prizes will be awarded as a Sun East statement credit if the winner is a Sun East member with an eligible active Primary Savings Account at the time the prize is awarded. If the winner is not a Sun East member, or does not have an eligible active account, the prize will be awarded by check payable to the winner, or by another commercially reasonable payment method selected by Sponsor.
B. PGA Championship Tickets Prize
One (1) winner will receive a pair of Championship+ tickets to the 2026 PGA Championship on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Aronimink Golf Club (ARV: $693). Tickets are digital and are expected to be received by Sponsor approximately one (1) week prior to the event date. Sponsor will transfer the tickets to the confirmed tickets winner after Sponsor receives them, using the ticket issuer’s designated transfer method. Winner must provide an email address or account information required by the ticket issuer to complete digital transfer. Prize is awarded as-is and subject to issuer terms. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement, cancellation, or changes. Travel, transportation, lodging, meals, and other expenses are not included.
C. Weekly Prizes (8 Total)
Eight (8) weekly winners will each receive a weekly prize consisting of:
• $50 prize (ARV: $50), and
• one (1) Sun East YETI Rambler® 18 oz Water Bottle (ARV: $32)
Total ARV per weekly prize: $82.
Cash prizes will be awarded as a Sun East statement credit if the winner is a Sun East member with an eligible active Primary Savings Account at the time the prize is awarded. If the winner is not a Sun East member, or does not have an eligible active account, the prize will be awarded by check payable to the winner, or by another commercially reasonable payment method selected by Sponsor.
D. Prize Payment and Delivery Timing
Sponsor will award prizes within approximately five (5) to thirty (30) days after Sponsor completes winner verification.
Prize(s) are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider and/or ticket issuer.
11. In-Person Claim and Verification
Winner(s) must appear in person at a Sponsor branch location to complete prize claim and identity verification, including presentation of required identification, within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Sponsor expects winner(s) to complete in-person verification within seven (7) days of the date Sponsor provides verification instructions.
If winner cannot reasonably appear in person, Sponsor may provide an alternative claim method in its sole discretion.
12. Verification and Required Documents
Winner(s) will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification (state ID, driver’s license, passport) and, if necessary, additional documentation to verify current address. Proof of address can be satisfied by the ID if it shows current address, or a secondary document if needed.
Winner(s) may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where permitted by law, within the timeframe specified by Sponsor.
13. Taxes
Winner(s) are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of any prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner, where required by law, and may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before awarding the prize.
14. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, and, if selected as a winner, photograph, likeness, and/or statements for winner announcements and Promotion-related advertising and publicity, without further compensation.
15. Non-Affiliation Disclaimers
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the PGA of America, the PGA Championship, Aronimink Golf Club, YETI, or any of their respective affiliates.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including unauthorized human intervention, technical errors, printing errors, corrupted entries, server outages, incomplete submissions, lost or late entries, and errors in the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for internet service provider issues, network outages, or any technical issues that may prevent entry submissions or prize communications.
17. Privacy
Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and policy. By entering, Entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their information for purposes of administering the Promotion and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.
18. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
19. Governing Law and Venue
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Venue for any dispute shall be in the state or federal courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
